![]() Thanks go to you too Meris for an interesting topic to cover this week. ![]() Also, in a French TV interview from March 1975, John says that he is “going to record an album in 10 days.” Supposedly, it would have been named Between the Lines. Several places on the Internet mention the never-materialized John Lennon follow-up to the Rock ‘n’ Roll album. I’d like it if you could write something on this topic. The inquiry originated from a comment by Meris on an earlier (and unrelated) #askNat (seen here) that reads as follows: Hello everyone! Another Thursday is upon us already, so I’m launching into this week’s #askNat. #askNat – concerning a proposed John Lennon album called Between The Lines Note that amongst those sailing the sonic pirate seas the title "Between The Lines" has been appropriated to refer to any & all material by Lennon post-Walls & Bridges & pre-Double Fantasy/Milk & Honey & not just the specifically 1975 ready material that would have gone on the album of that title.įor those of us who like our Beatles rare…. so try a nice internet search on "John Lennon Between The Line" & it'll also bring up loads of material (all of which sail under the Jolly Roger flag) the likes of which we aren't supposed to supply links to here I don't think. "Between The Lines" was supposedly the working title.
